Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Jio Fiber Installer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Jio Fiber broadband services at customer premises.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and activate Jio Fiber connections at customer locations.
Configure Wi-Fi routers and set up internet connectivity.
Handle fiber cable laying, splicing, and ONT/Modem setup.
Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve service issues.
Educate customers about service features and usage.
Maintain daily reports and coordinate with the backend team.
Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of networking and fiber optics.
Ability to use installation tools and devices.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and travel locally
