Job Summary:
Gadekar Hospital apni healthcare team ke liye qualified aur dedicated Nursing Staff ki talash me hai. Candidate ko patients ki care aur hospital ke daily operations me support karne ka experience hona chahiye.

Key Responsibilities:
Patients ki daily care, observation aur vitals check karna.
Doctor ke directions ke according medicines aur injections dena.
Patient reports aur records ko sahi tarike se maintain karna.
Emergency cases me quick aur professional response dena.
Ward, ICU, aur OPD me assigned duties perform karna.
Hospital hygiene aur infection control protocols follow karna.
Patients aur unke family members ko guidance aur emotional support dena.

Qualification & Experience:
GNM / B.Sc Nursing / ANM (as per requirement)
Minimum 1–2 saal ka hospital experience preferred.
Valid Nursing Registration Certificate.
Teamwork aur communication skills ache hone chahiye.
Compassionate aur responsible nature.
