Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Relationship Manager (RM) to join our Capri Bank team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing suitable banking solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Identify client needs and offer appropriate banking products and services.
Achieve sales targets for loans, deposits, and other financial products.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle client queries effectively.
Maintain accurate customer records and update databases regularly.
Cross-sell bank products and promote digital banking solutions.
Work closely with branch and sales teams to achieve business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1 years of experience in banking or financial services (preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of banking operations and financial products.
Customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving approach.
