Department: Gold Loan / Retail Banking

Job Role & Responsibilities
Customers ko gold loan products ke baare me proper information dena
New customers ko onboard karna aur loan process complete karna
Gold valuation process me support karna (as per company guideline)
Documents collection, verification & KYC complete karna
Loan processing, file handling aur system entry karna
Customers ke sath regular follow-up aur relationship maintain karna
Cross-selling of financial products (agar required ho)
Daily targets achieve karna & regular reporting dena
Branch discipline, compliance & RBI norms follow karna

Customer handling ability
Basic computer knowledge
Responsible & trust-worthy personality
Target & result oriented mindset

Eligibility
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Banking / NBFC / Gold Loan experience candidates preferred
Local area ka knowledge hona chahiye
Bike & Smartphone prefer kiya jayega
