• Job Title: Telecaller – Loan Department
  Location: Office / Field Support (as required)Responsibilities / काम की जिम्मेदारियाँ

  Daily customers ko outbound calling karna
  Home Loan & Personal Loan ke products ki information dena
  Interested customers ka data collect karke lead generate karna
  Customer ke doubts clear karna aur follow-up calls karna
  Customers ko bank policy, documents aur eligibility explain karna
  Daily & monthly target achieve karna
  CRM / Excel me data maintain karna
  Requirements / योग्यता

  Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
  Good communication skills (Hindi / English)
  Sales ya telecalling ka experience ho to advantage
  Polite, confident aur convincing nature
  Basic computer knowledge
