✅ Promote and explain printing services to prospective clients
✅ Maintain and update customer database
✅ Handle inquiries and provide accurate information
✅ Follow up on leads and schedule appointments
✅ Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly

Requirements:
✔️ Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
✔️ Ability to persuade and convince clients
✔️ Good listening skills and patience
✔️ Basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferred)
✔️ Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
✔️ Freshers with a positive attitude are welcome
