Job Responsibilities:
Electrical scooty ke sales aur service records maintain karna
Customer ka data entry aur billing ka kaam karna
Invoice, quotation aur purchase order banana
Phone calls attend karna aur customer queries handle karna
Service schedule aur delivery details update karna
Stock register maintain karna (battery, charger, spare parts, etc.)
Daily reports aur monthly reports prepare karna
Manager ko office coordination aur documentation me support dena
Required Skills:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Internet, Email)
Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
Data entry aur record keeping me speed & accuracy
Customer handling skills
Time management aur file management knowledge
Working knowledge of office documentation
Electric scooty / automobile field ka basic knowledge (preferred)
