Job Summary:
Gadekar Hospital apni medical team ke liye qualified aur experienced BHMS Doctor ki talash me hai. Candidate ko homeopathic treatment, patient consultation aur case management ka practical experience hona chahiye. Doctor ko patient-centered approach ke sath diagnosis aur treatment plan banana aana chahiye.

Key Responsibilities:
Patients ka detailed case history lena aur diagnosis karna.
Homeopathic medicines prescribe karna according to patient condition.
Follow-up consultations aur progress monitoring karna.
Patient records aur prescriptions ka accurate documentation maintain karna.
Preventive healthcare aur wellness guidance dena.
Hospital ke medical team ke sath coordination me kaam karna.
OPD aur IPD patients ke liye regular rounds lena (if applicable).

Required Qualifications & Skills:
BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) recognized university se.
Valid registration with State/Homeopathic Medical Council.
1–3 years ka clinical experience preferred (freshers with good knowledge may also apply).
Strong diagnostic & counseling skills.
Compassionate, patient-friendly behavior aur good communication skills.
