Job Description

Tyger Bank is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell home loan products. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their housing finance needs, and offering suitable loan solutions to help them achieve their dream of owning a home.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and identify potential customers for home loans.
Meet clients, explain loan features, and guide them through the loan application process.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain good relationships with builders, property agents, and customers.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer details.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
Experience in sales, real estate, or banking will be an added advantage.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
Basic knowledge of home loan products and banking processes.
