Job Description:

Muthoot Finance Ltd. is hiring energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executives for its Gold Loan business. The candidate will be responsible for generating new customers, promoting gold loan products, and achieving sales targets through field activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote Muthoot Finance Gold Loan products in the assigned area
Visit customers and explain gold loan schemes, interest rates, and benefits
Generate new leads through field marketing and referrals
Assist customers with documentation and loan process
Maintain daily sales reports and customer follow-ups
Achieve monthly sales targets
Build strong relationships with customers for repeat business
Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification:  Graduate
Experience: Freshers or candidates with sales/field experience can apply
Good communication and convincing skills
Willingness to work in the field
Two-wheeler preferred
