Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Salesman for our Eco Solar Factory. The candidate will be responsible for promoting solar products, meeting customers, generating leads, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other solar products.
Meet clients, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product solutions.
Generate new leads through field visits, calls, and referrals.
Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.
Provide product information, quotations, and pricing details to customers.
Maintain daily sales reports and update management regularly.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the installation and service team for customer support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of solar products will be an advantage.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Own vehicle preferred for field visits.
