Company: Eco Solar Factory
Position: Welder / Fabrication Technician

Job Summary:
Eco Solar Factory में Welder की जिम्मेदारी solar structures, frames, brackets और metal components को सही माप, गुणवत्ता और सुरक्षा मानकों के अनुसार weld करना है।

Key Responsibilities:
Solar panel frames, mounting structures और अन्य metal parts की MIG/TIG/Arc welding करना।
Cutting, grinding, drilling और fabrication का काम करना।
Drawings एवं measurements को समझकर accurate welding करना।
Material को सही तरह से फिट करना, tack weld और final weld तैयार करना।
Daily production target पूरा करना।
Welding tools और machines की basic maintenance करना।
Safety rules (PPE, fire safety, machine safety) का पालन करना।
Quality standards के अनुसार काम की जांच करना।
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–3 साल का welding अनुभव (MIG/TIG/ARC).
Fabrication और metal working का ज्ञान।
Drawings पढ़ने की क्षमता।
High-quality finishing और strong joints बनाने की skill।
Grinding, cutting machine और measuring tools का अनुभव।
Safety awareness और teamwork.
