Job Title: Sales Executive – Paint Shop

Job Summary:
Hamari paint shop ke liye ek energetic aur result-oriented Sales Executive ki zarurat hai jo customers ko paint products ke baare mein samjha sake, unki zarurat ke hisaab se sahi product recommend kare aur sales badhaye.

Key Responsibilities:
Customers ko paints aur related products ke features aur benefits samjhana
Paint shades, finishes aur brands ke baare mein suggestion dena
Daily walk-in customers ka handling aur sales closing karna
Existing customers se relationship maintain karna
Dealer/distributor se stock aur pricing coordinate karna
Sales target achieve karna
Billings aur cash handling ka record maintain karna
Shop ko clean, organized aur attractive rakhna

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
Paints, hardware, ya construction materials ki sales ka experience ho to plus point
Good communication skills (Hindi aur thodi English bol paaye)
Basic computer knowledge (billing software, Excel, WhatsApp use kar sake)
Friendly aur customer-oriented attitude
Honest aur punctual
