Gadekar Hospital ko ek qualified aur skilled Physiotherapist (BPT) ki zarurat hai jo patients ko physical rehabilitation aur pain management ke liye professional treatment provide kar sake. Candidate ko hospital setup me patients ke assessment, therapy planning aur recovery monitoring ka experience hona chahiye.

Key Responsibilities:
Patients ki physical condition ka proper assessment aur diagnosis karna.
Customized treatment plan design karna as per doctor’s recommendation.
Physiotherapy sessions conduct karna (exercise, massage, electrotherapy, etc.).
Patients ki progress monitor karna aur regular updates maintain karna.
Injury prevention aur post-surgery rehabilitation me assist karna.
Patient education aur lifestyle improvement ke liye guidance dena.
Hospital ki rehabilitation team ke sath coordinate karna.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) degree from recognized institute.
Minimum 1–3 years experience (Hospital / Clinic preferred).
Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and patient care.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathetic, responsible, and detail-oriented professional attitude.
