Job Summary:
Gadekar Hospital apne diagnostic department ke liye qualified aur experienced Medical Laboratory Technician (DMLT) ki talash me hai. Candidate ko laboratory tests, sample collection, aur accurate report preparation me hands-on experience hona chahiye.

Key Responsibilities:
Blood, urine, stool, aur other biological samples collect karna aur unka proper testing karna.
Pathological, biochemical, aur microbiological tests perform karna.
Lab instruments aur equipment ka proper maintenance aur calibration karna.
Test results ko accurately record karna aur doctor ke reference ke liye timely submit karna.
Safety protocols aur infection control guidelines ka palan karna.
Lab reagents aur chemicals ka proper storage aur usage ensure karna.
Patient confidentiality aur hospital policies ka dhyan rakhna.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) – recognized institute se.
1–3 years ka relevant experience (freshers with good knowledge may also apply).
Knowledge of modern lab equipment & computer-based reporting systems.
Attention to detail aur analytical thinking skills.
Good communication aur teamwork abilities.
