Position: Center Manager

Role Overview:
The Center Manager will be responsible for leading the Gold Loan operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning, customer satisfaction, business growth, and compliance with all banking guidelines. The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to manage daily branch activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development

Achieve monthly and annual Gold Loan sales targets.
Increase customer base through field visits, local marketing, and customer relationship management.
Promote cross-selling of bank products.
Operations Management

Oversee the entire gold loan process including appraisal, documentation, disbursement, and renewal.
Ensure secure handling, storage, and audit of gold ornaments.
Maintain accurate records and timely reporting.
Customer Service

Provide excellent service and resolve customer issues quickly.
Ensure smooth loan processing and timely communication with customers.
Build long-term relationships with high-value customers.
Team Management

Supervise and guide branch staff.
Conduct regular training for team members.
Ensure productivity and discipline within the team.
Compliance & Security

Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines and internal bank policies.
Maintain safety standards for gold storage and branch operations.
Monitor cash handling and prevent fraud or operational risks.
Audit & Reporting

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
Coordinate with audit teams and ensure zero discrepancies.
Implement corrective actions where needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
3-5 years of experience in Gold Loan operations or banking.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Strong customer handling ability.
Knowledge of gold appraisal, documentation, and compliance.
