We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team at Gupta Mall Shopping Mart. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for sales and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in finding the right products.
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
Ensure shelves are fully stocked and displays are attractive.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Process billing and payments accurately.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.
Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or equivalent.
Prior experience in retail sales preferred (freshers may also apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems is an advantage.
Friendly attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
