Tyger Bank is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to join our Property Home Loans team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and processing home loan products, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring excellent service throughout the loan process.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage leads for home loan products.
Assist customers in selecting the right property loan as per their needs.
Maintain strong relationships with builders, real estate agents, and developers.
Guide customers through the loan application, documentation, and approval process.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Finance or Business preferred).
1–3 years of experience in home loan or mortgage sales (preferred).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good understanding of property and housing finance market.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
